There is always intriguing sense in the Tofanelli Vineyard that shines differently each year. Organically grown, dry farmed and hand tended, this Calistoga gem yields some of the most rich and dense white wine in the valley. The year lent so much perfect weather and extended hang-time, it was easy to pick the perfect harvest date.
