Vineyard: From the Sonoma Valley Sangiacomo Tallgrass Vineyard, harvested at 22 brix - The Myriad Cellars Sparkling Chardonnay is unoaked and shows off a luminous gold hues and light perfume of sweet stone fruit, minerality and lemon rind. The palate is focused with notes of grapefruit, meyer lemon and white fruits laced with light citrus, white flowers, essence of sparkle. The finish is fresh, honey-crisp and mouthwatering. We can't call it champagne, but this is as close to a blanc de blancs sparkling wine as we can get. A perfect summer sipper and the can packaging is perfect for all your outdoor activities!
