Palate Impressions
A supple palate of dark berries, dark plums, fig, tobacco, a streak of licorice right down the middle. Crushed gravel lift in the mid palate plays off the natural acidity, leading to spectacular tannin management. Big, bold and beautiful all at the same time.

Myriad Context This well-draining site with valley floor depth consistently produces powerful, concentrated wines with a gravely grip and hints of anise and plush classic Cabernet red and dark fruit. A well-loved rock star in our portfolio and picked 10 days prior to the Elysian bottling.
