Sitting on an old rocky creek bed adjacent to Conn Creek, this vineyard has soils intermixed with loam and red volcanic clay. The vineyard has the excellent drainage and abundant sun exposure needed to produce wines of extraordinary body and complexity. The 337 clone of Cabernet Sauvignon thrives in this environment!   In 2009 181 acres were placed under a land conservation esement that forever prohibits non-agricultural development.

Look for wines from this site to carry blue and black fruits in its core and to produce wines with amazing texture and length due to the exceptional hang time we can achieve from it.
